Commemoration of Vaikom Muhammad Basheer
On the occasion of the 28th death anniversary of Vaikom Muhammad Basheer on July 5, 2022 Ektha Club and Bodhi Club organized Basheer commemoration programs. An exhibition on Basheer’s work was held in the library with the aim of getting to know more about the writer and his works, who helped to bring a new dimension to malayali's reading experience through his humorous writing style. In the AV room of the Department of Economics, an exhibition on the documentary named ‘’ Basheer the Man” was held. A book review completion was also held on Basheer’s work in remembrance of Vaikom Muhammad Basheer.
