We are delighted to share that the FYUGP Summer Library Internship Programme 2026, organized by the Holy Cross College Library, has been featured in the local news.
The 11-day intensive training program successfully concluded with a formal valedictory ceremony. BA English students from Sree Gokulam Arts and Science College participated in this cohort, gaining comprehensive hands-on experience in modern library management systems—ranging from Koha ILMS, classification, and cataloguing to circulation control and advanced emerging tech like Prompt Engineering.
The program wrapped up with an official certificate distribution ceremony. Course completion certificates were proudly awarded to all individual student interns in the esteemed presence of our Principal, Sr. Dr. Shiny George, who highly commended the batch for their dedication. The internship was smoothly coordinated and led under the mentorship of Assistant Librarian Akshaykumar and Chief Librarian Vijeesh M.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all our successful interns and look forward to hosting more tech-driven library training initiatives in the future!
